The first year we lived here we absolutely loved it, the people were friendly, the office staff was helpful, they even replaced a floor for us prior to us moving in because of a stain. The actual buildings are built cheaply, but when something breaks, it isn't your problem. We started out in the smallest 1bd and this year moved to the largest 1bd, the floor plans have been nice, maintenence is helpful, but the company that they hire for landscaping are really creepy, they stare and peek in your windows during the day, yikes!! Management Co. signs for packages for you, but sometimes close early and it's hard to pick them up. Their 2 bd floor plans are too small unless you want to pay $$$ for a fireplace and garage. Moving out this year to another community with nicer 2bd apts. The people have gotten less friendly each months seems like and the police always seem to be here, whether that's good or bad. There is always dog crap on the groud outside so you can't walk around in the grass. But again, overall, they were nice to live in. Good luck!
