Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
I don?t recommend renting from this place for the following reasons:
* Rude office staff- don?t believe a word
they say and get everything they do say
in writing
* Cheaply constructed - cracks in walls,
windows leak air, can hear you neighbors
everymove
* For ever having to enter your home for
every reason under the sun
* Landscaping only keep up at the front of
the property
* Maintenance does a half...job!
* Rude residents don?t pick up after their
pets
I could go on and on, but hopefully you get the point and if you do decide this place best of luck.
