I have lived at Remnigton for over 2 years now. Sadly I will be moving out in a little over a month since I will be moving to the city. Andrea and Holly (who work there) have been amazing. This past December I had some personal issue's come up and they both worked with me to help in a smooth transition. They went out of their way to help me many times. The grounds are ALWAYS well taken care. There are a couple people at the complex that need to learn to park but you will find that anywhere you go. The units are very spacious and very rarely did I ever hear any of my neighbors(almost never). I have never seen any sort of violence or crime (except for some stupid teenagers running around with toy guns, who were arrested for it by the way). Also there are many cops (State, county, and city) who live in the complex so you always feel safe. My only complaint would be the windows. In the winter time you can actually feel the cold air coming through them, the solution for that is to shrink wrap the windows. It helped quite a bit. Overall I would recommend Remington to anyone and I have to several of my friends. The prices may be higher then others but you are getting the best of everything!!!
