You suck. You say "new" microwave when there isn't even a glass spinning tray in it. The bath tub doesn't have a spout so we have to take baths for now. The internet isn't working and we are forced to use some crappy slow ass connection. You call these condos' They're more like wimpy apartments. Luxury my ass. More like...suxury. A one bedroom for 850 a month and this is what we get' You don't even have a lot of washer and dryer machines. Psh. Yeah, you guys suck. You could be suckier, but yeah, call yourself apartments. By the way, did you know it echoes'

What are you talking about? Internet? How is this the building owner's issue? This, I have to inform you, is your issue with Comcast, AT&T, or whoever you decide to connect with. I live in 560 and have never had a problem with my internet connection. It actually works better now with Comcast then when I had AT&T when I lived in a home. So, take your problems to them. As for the other condo issues, did you not do an inspection of your place before signing? I mean, come on! Didn't you notice there was no shower head? If you didn't, then, well, you should have. Before taking your complaints to a message board, did you take your complaints to Art or Jeff? They may be slow at responding, but they will do something for you. Any basic issues I've had, they've taken care of them. Also, if you are upset about the washers and dryers, why didn't you have one installed in your place? You had the option, everyone did. I have one, it works great. And whenever I actually want to use the washers and dryers, I haven't had problems finding one available. Not only this, there are two laudromats right around the block. Very easy. Now, I'm not sure about you, but I think $850 a month is not bad, considering some people pay $1000/mo for a one bedroom apartment/condo. Considering that the crime in this area is low, the location is excellent (walking distance from public transport), overall the residents are pretty peaceful, I'd have to say your evaluation of this place is inaccurate. Maintenance is usually pretty good, I've never had a problem with heat, air conditioning, or warm/hot water. I've never seen a bug in my place, besides the common spider found in any home. So, be real. If you want to find a perfect place, you'll have to build it yourself.
