Quiet...Peaceful...Good and friendly maintenance...Good landscaping...Friendly manager. I've been to the other apt. complexes in Roselle and there's no comparison. Definitely worth the money. Unless, of course, one were to buy their own house. Then they could keep it perfect,exactly the way they want. Unfortunately, people usually rent because they can't afford to buy. To be honest, there are many advantages for me to rent at Fox Grove rather than buy. All I have to do is keep the interior clean. Someone mentioned the long walk to their car. Even if they had to park the furthest away it would only be a 2 minute walk. Any doctor would suggest walking much, much more per day.
