Dirty, Unsafe, and Unprofessional Management

I lived at Spring Hill for one year and it was an absolute nightmare.
When I moved in, it was gracy, dirty and smilly. The only reason i moved in was that it was close to the train and other apts in the neibourhood wasn't available immediately.
Teenagers will scream at night. Some of them smoked pot in the hallway. I think All professionals moved out and now the property is occupied by teenangers and illegal immigrants.
The management is extremly rude and unprofessional. All they want is to make you pay for everything when you move out. They forget one thing--that tenants pay rent so they should allow usuall tearing and wearing
