Apparently, the people who do ratings on this site are people who don't like to follow policy and should probably not live in a multi-tenant building. Not just at Spring Hill but other apartment communities.
Its quite obvious that anyone can write in and its the people that are inconsiderat of their neighbors and professional management team. Management is only doing their job to maintain a good environment for tenants who do care about how they live.
The first rule that needs to be followed is that when rent is due, they have to pay it per the contract 'they' signed. Some people just think the world owes them. Everyone has problems, and everyone thinks there's is the worst. That's why their are rules.

And if someone leaves their apartment filthy, they should have to pay to have it cleaned up and repaired.

Complaining on a web site like this doesn't really make it right, even though it makes them feel better. Plus, those prices listed on this site are wrong. Should do better research if your going to post it.
