I lived there for only three months. I was going to stay if I liked the apartments. So perhaps I had preferential treatment.

I moved from out of state and I was able to fax my application and move in the day I arrived. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Maintenance was very timely.

Yes, there were drawbacks. The one thing I absolutely hated was the small water heater which didn't even fill a bathtub with hot water (maintenance did not resolve the problem). I loved that there are thermostats in every room and I didn't pay very much at all for heat as my apartment was always warm.

The apartment wasn't the cleanest. I did hate to see the crumbs between the carpet runners and in other places that couldn't easily be cleaned. I didn't have any pet bug friends which was a big worry for me.

Overall I liked the apartments and would live there again. I ended up moving to save money on rent by finding a roommate.
