I don't know where the negative people were living but I had a very pleasant experience here. I moved due to the rent increase otherwise I would still be there. I have always had a quick response to any maintenance calls and everyone on staff is always helpful and curteous. There is a woman in the office that I prefer not to interact with she's a little moody. But everyone else is always nice. The halls are cleaned once a week faithfully. And as far as noise goes it is not any louder than any other complex i've visited. It is an older complex and the hallways echo but it is not a party complex. There are a lot of families and very nice residents. It is also walking distance from the train. Very convienient. I give it 3 1/2 stars.
