I was a resident of these apartments for a few years, there were some pluses and some negatives. The office staff were for the most part pleasant and helpful. The complex was close to the commuter train station. The big problem is that the buildings are about 40 years old and the ownership is not investing any capital improvement funds. Also noticed that some of the people moving in were of questionable reputation.

this place needs a great deal of upgrades starting with the carpeting in the hallways...or at least clean it and put something cheerful in its place...and replace the washing machines with ones that work properly...some of the people here are less than desireable. Duely noted!!
