EXCELLENT - ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE APARTMENT

I rented a 2 bedroom 1 bath in the 720 Prescott building on the 2nd floor end unit.
This apartment was in EXCELLENT condition, roomy, very comfortable & extremely clean.
I had neighbors above & below me, yet never heard them. Very quite units. The carpet was in excellent condition, a light beige neutral color to go with any color scheme.
Plenty of closet space, plenty of cabinets in the kitchen & very nicely layed out. Nice sized rooms & a nice balcony to boot. I was truly sad to leave this apartment when I relocated because it was such a homey, warm & comfortable place. Also, I cant recall a time I every saw a bug in my unit, thats how clean & kept up these units were.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND WATERBURY APARTMENTS....ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT. And if I ever relocate back to Roselle & need an apartment. I would head right back to Waterbury.
