I lived at Waterbury for a year and a half.
My unit was on the 3rd floor overlooking one
of the small ponds. The apartment was very
large for a 1 bedroom and laid out perfectly.
The neighborhhod is not what one would expect for an apartment complex. There were
mainly single family homes in the direct vicinity. It seemed always quiet, never heard anyone to the side or below me, very clean inside and out on the grounds. In my opinion the management was very pleasant. I
only left when I found my dream Townhouse
that I purchased on a lake, and still found it hard to leave.
