Find someplace else - Lived there a year. The apartments are nice and a good size. Could be a nice place but the management is bad. Wish I'd seen reviews before renting. Don't be too impressed I have lived here for several years and am not too impressed with The Moorings. The office staff is pretty much useless and the apartments are not that nice. For what you pay you should get more in my opinion. Many people are moving out of The Moorings due to rent
