renter beware!!! previous management was horrible. the maintenance men didn't work because they were too busy standing around being nosey. the apartments molded after a while and wasn't taken care of in a timely fashion. pipes leaked and of course you CANNOT drink the water. the new

Bad water was better than no water!!! Today they cut off the water (city of sauk village) to fix a water problem....they found the problem at 8pm and instead of fixing the problem the city workers went home. I was just advised by the sauk village police dept that the city workers will not be back

DON'T MOVE HERE!!!! This place is terrible!! The new manage sucks! The water still sucks, the pluming doesn't work. A three year old child fell from the third level window 2 weeks ago and they still won't make the proper repairs to the screen windows or doors. People are moving

WARNING!!!!!! This place is terrible! I would not reccomend anyone to move to this apartment complex. The buildings are old and ran down and dirty. I have had so many problems with my apartment as far as pipe and ceiling leakage, air conditioning, and heating. They do not fix things right
