DO NOT LIVE HERE! THEY DO NOT RETURN YOUR PET DEPOSIT!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/24/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I was a tenant of the this place - The fields or whatever it is called right now. I was a great tenant. My roommate and I were quiet, clean, and always paid rent on time. We endured the constant change in management and the inability of them to keep correct paperwork about our lease agreement. From the time that we initially leased (in January ) to the time we left in December, the management changed at least twice. We were not given a year lease even though we were there for one year. Our rent was raised ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS in AUGUST just because we did not have a year lease agreement and we were given another 6 month lease. This is absurd. Nothing was done to compensate us while at the time, the move in specials were given away stuff to them left and right. In addition to this, I had a dog in this apartment who was never any trouble. NEVER! He was a clean dog who never destroyed any aspect of the house. I paid my monthly pet fee (WHICH NOT EVERYONE AT THE COMPLEX PAYS!!! THERE ARE TENANTS WHO DON'T GET CHARGED ANYTHING FOR THEIR PETS AND THEY ARE THE MOST DESTRUCTIVE). Not to mention there are aggressive dogs on the grounds who are owned by some staff. It is now almost June. We moved out in the end of December 07. When I moved out, the apartment inspection was cleared and I was told I would receive my pet deposit back on about a months time. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT! I have called at least twice a month and they tell me they will get back to me and someone will tell me what is going on with it. I have contact the corporate menagement and they have even changed several times. I have even emailed them and they say the same thing. I am going to take legal matters if they do not pay me. I am a veterinarian and this is totally unprofessional. I paid my rent and was a good tenant. They should respect the LEASE AGREEMENT and PAY THE MONEY THAT IS RIGHTFULLY OWED TO ME! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! You will never see any of your deposits back!
