The apartment is is perfectly located near Shnucks, the movies, and several restaurants. The area is quite and safe. Thanks! Enjoyed my time here. I lived at Colbert Park all 3 years of Law School. I moved out Monday and miss the pool already. Not sure how many undergrads actually live here, but if you're a grad. student I would suggest it. Cheap apartments, and they're big.

Overall It took Ramshaw 3 months to fix my leaking bathroom ceiling. After they finally fix the leak they were suppose to fix the ceiling (it had mold and other damage from the leak). Consequently, spraying white paint on mold doesn't take care of the problem (indicated on their receipt).

Cool Apartments I've had pretty good experiences living at Indigo Place. Staff has been really good at working with me on situations. I had an issue with my apartment that was fixed within a couple days by maintenance. And my roommate and I are getting along really well. It has been a good year

It's Huge I personally loved Colbert Park. I would like to live here again. It was a great experience for me. I never had any issues with my apartment. I lived in the 2 bedroom and I had more than enough room, my utility bill was low, and with everything they offer you really aren't
