It's Huge - I personally loved Colbert Park. I would like to live here again. It was a great experience for me. I never had any issues with my apartment. I lived in the 2 bedroom and I had more than enough room, my utility bill was low, and with everything they offer you really aren't going to beat the price. Keep up the good work. While the properties are adequate - I have had nothing but stress as many of these other reviews also testify.
It looks like the basketball courts and other stuff will never be constructed.
The gym is tiny.
We worry about break-ins every time
