Thanks! Enjoyed my time here. I lived at Colbert Park all 3 years of Law School. I moved out Monday and miss the pool already. Not sure how many undergrads actually live here, but if you're a grad. student I would suggest it. Cheap apartments, and they're big.

Overall It took Ramshaw 3 months to fix my leaking bathroom ceiling. After they finally fix the leak they were suppose to fix the ceiling (it had mold and other damage from the leak). Consequently, spraying white paint on mold doesn't take care of the problem (indicated on their receipt).
