This building is manasged by a very rude, uncooperative,unprofessional, and hostile manager who never returns security deposits
and violates Oak Park Village Ordinance re interest on security deposits. Never does needed maintenance in apartments until tenant moves out. Once called a tenant who had the temerity to complain a -----. Has a very professional job done in landscaping courtyard but does nothing else. I would definitely not recommend this building, even to my worst enemy.
