The management is very flexible about leasing arrangements and fairly responsive to problems. I have had some rodent problems and had to resolve it myself. Otherwise, no problems. Well maintained overall. Some apartments are renovated more recently than others. Guest parking is not very convenient. In comparison to other apartments in Skokie and Evanston, I am very happy here and have lived here 2 years.
