Please DO NOT RENT or buy! It's moldy, leaky, smelly. Management/maintenance often ignores residents. In September 2007, several units burned in a fire because managers hired a couple of drunks to fix the roof. 2 weeks before that, the whole complex flooded with whatever people had stored in the basement. Car alarms keep going off. Laundry sinks clog and overflow. Front doors don't lock. Lights go out almost every thunderstorm, circuits overload and can destroy your computer. Don't get seduced by the pool, problems far outweigh its benefits.
