Good for Old Orchard garden apts - I have been living in Old Orchard Apts for 8 years and just upgraded to a bigger apartment. Management friendly welcoming and efficient. Bad! The basement (and the whole parking lot) flood when it rains. The management staff was completely uncoorporating after a fire "of mysterious origin" in the basement left me homeless. The fire systems were not up to date.

Very nice The management is very flexible about leasing arrangements and fairly responsive to problems. I have had some rodent problems and had to resolve it myself. Otherwise, no problems. Well maintained overall. Some apartments are renovated more recently than others. Guest parking is not
