It's a bit odd many of the reviews that actually are favorable follow the exact same pattern as far as aspects commented on, and even the style of wording. Something makes me think that these utopian reviews are written by tenants who happen to be sitting/working behind the main office desk at Chatham Hills. If you look at the style and wording of the negative reviews, none are similar in any way, other than the general and accurate theme of dissatisfaction. Give us a break.
