I lived here for a year. My car was broken into twice! I reported both incidents to the staff (they were cold and not concerned). My friends lived there as well, and on FOUR seperate occassions they found that someone put sugar in their gas tanks. When they contacted the office requesting a garage (since it was over $75 to fix their cars on each occassion) and were told they couldn't have one. It is frightening to think your automobile isn't safe at your own "home".

Unfortunatly, we can not control crime anywhere in Springfield. We do rely on the Springfield Police Department. We would to think that if you and your friends lived at Chatham Hills, it would of been a great place to live or you would have chose elsewhere. We have courtesy officers available 24 hours a day that are members of the Springfield Police Department and would be glad to get any resident a garage for parking or storage.
