The girls in the office were rude and lacked any idea of what customer service is. Requests for maintenence seemed to be largely ignored. The dryer on our floor didn't work properly for months(no heat). Everyone on our floor alerted the staff to this. We are unsure to this day how the dryer got fixed(theory is a neighbor must have been an appliance tech).
The workout area was dirty and very few pieces of equipment actually worked. They were upgrading and paiting when I left, which was a good start.
Crime is rampant in the area and depending on your building it gets scary. It seemed that a building got safer only when a springfield pd officer moved in.
Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
