So you're considering Chatham Hills huh' Well I'll tell you there are a lot better options out there. I've been living here since Jan 06 and I am breaking my lease! That's how bad it is. And yeah it'll be a $1500 fine but it's well worth getting out of this dump. Car got broken into twice and there are minorities all around that makes you nervous. Staff and maintenance are good. In closing.....I hope you have good car insurance

If your main problem is minorities walking around a parking lot because it makes you uncomfortable move to auburn or pawnee.

Thanks! I actually moved to Petersburg. And you're right, no minorites flocking the parking lots at midnight! Thanks for the advice!
