This place is not all bad. So far me and my fiancee have lived here for almost 5 months now. Havent had any incidents to speak of with people. The maitenence has been pretty good and responded within reason to our problems. we had a leaking shower in the apartment above us causing mold on our ceiling and wall in our bathroom which seems to be a common problem here judging from others reviews. Havent had any break in's on our car yet. The staff hasnt really done us any harm yet. There are a few problems though... the pet fee here is excessive for one. Way to much money. We have the quietest neighbors you could ask for to the sides of us. But we have a neighbor upstairs who stays up until 5am or so and is CONSTANTLY walking around, slamming stuff around in the wee hours in the morning. I dont knwo if they realize we hear their every move or not. But much more of it and they will find out. I usually shut them up with a few punches to my ceiling. Another problem is these fat ladys in the building across from us. They constantly bring their dog outside to ---- 2 ft from our back patio and all over the back lawn but are to lazy to bend their asses over and pick up their dogs ----. Its getting to the boiling point. And last the meatheads in some of the apartments. I am afraid someone is going to assault my fiancee sometimes by some of the drunken trash that lurks the lots at night. On several occasions men have yelled at her and it makes her and me feel unsafe. Security is no where to be found with all the drunken morons in the lots at night. Another problem is the showering which goes from hot to cold 30 times a shower.The pool here is filled with little kids without parents who constantly kick you in the sides, the hot tub rarely works, and i'll kiss your ass if you can go to the fitness center and have everything work for you.. And last dont you dare miss any days on your rent even due to your paycheck falling a few days past because they will charge you an arm and a leg. There are some good points here to though/ The apartments are nice and very spacious. The staff is decent along with maitenence. They take care of landscaping well. They are generally good people living here (at least in my building) I would recommend Chatham Hills to someone looking for a big affordable apartment as a starter. But I would look around a little first.

Sounds to me like while you were actually thinking about where you live alot came to the for front of your mind. This place sounds like a dump!
