chatham hills extra fees are ridicules they don't warn you,you're just charge these fees automatically, if your rent is $659 then after they stick in theor fees your rent ends up being almost $725(it's suppose to be an utility rate)even though you're paying cwlp for electric services. on top of that if you're in a bind they will not work anything out with you, they will send you to court to evict you.also they have a strong problem with minorities.
