These apartments may sound nice from the description, but are horrible once you move in. Nothing ever seems to work right; especially the hot water. Whenever you take a shower you have to have the hot water turned on as much as possible with no cold water running at all. Even by doing this you can rarely make it through a complete shower and still have hot water. Sometimes the water shuts completely off so that nothing is coming out of the faucet.
The fitness center also sucks. None of the cardio machines ever seem to work. The treadmills mysteriously shut off while running on them and the elliptical is missing a foot pedal.
The office staff is completely useless. They are extremely rude whenever you ask anything of them. Isn't this their job' Nothing is ever fixed when a work order is put in. If you make a big enough fuss on the phone, maybe you can get someone to come look at the problem, but it won't be fixed just excuses made.
Do not move here, keep looking for somewhere else.
