I had read all these reviews before I moved into Chatham Hills thinking it couldn't be THAT bad. And thought having access to a pool and fitness would be great. But honestly, this is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The first night after I moved in, I woke up in the morning to find 2 cockroaches in the living room, the bathtub did not drain, and it smelled horrible. I have called twice to fix the plugged up drain in the bathroom, they scoop out the gunk with a knife so it drains for a week and then gets clogged again. What they do is show you their model room/show room apartment, then sign you up for a crappy one. I went to the pool once, but it was overcrowded of little kids and immature adults. The fitness center is not much better, overcrowded of certain kind of people that makes you feel unsafe as well as all their fitness center equipment is broken. I won't even get started on how ridiculously expensive this place is for what it is worth. DON'T LIVE HERE!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT. I MOVED HERE IN MAY AND I'M ALREADY COUNTING DOWN THE MONTHS UNTIL I CAN MOVE OUT!!!
