OMG - Never again. I thought I'd found a great place with a good price when I looked at Chatham Hills. Boy was I wrong. The staff and management are unprofessional, the area is scary at night and the tenants are loud. The pool looks great, it's just so full of the wrong crowd that you don't want to get in. The hottub works half the time and the fitness center is practically broken. I would NOT recommend this place.
