Me and my husband moved into chatham hills in august and we love our apartment it was very clean when we moved in and its a huge apartment for a great price. the pool is very nice. theres rarely alot of people there and it clean and well kept .the gym isnt the greatest in the world but its not awful and theses apartments have such a great price even having a gym at all is surpising. i never feel unsafe here and i think its pretty quiet and not "ghetto" at all like some reviews have said . i really dont know where there coming from . the only complaint here is parking . parking sucks we lose our parking spot all the time but really thats it . and i can deal with crappy parking.
all and all i would recommend to anybody looking to move to springfield
