This property is not what it is shown to be in it's advertising or in it's model home. The "real" units are oudated and gross. The hallways are messy with dirty carpet, etc. The exterior is all new siding over very old buildings. Thanks to a tornado a year ago, insurance made the first impression great. The pool is always crowded and dirty, the fitness area is ok but most everything is broken, the whirlpool is always cold or broken. The staff are great when you first meet them but after you live there, they are HORRIBLE.

I also agree with you 100%. Once they have your money and you move in it is night and day with the staff. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!
Don't put yourself through the headache and heartache it isn't worth it. They will nickel and dime you.
