Don't live here. It's all a game they play and when you move out they will try and ding you with a tone of so called damages they are assessing you with. It'a a big game they play - they know their apartments are trash. Get real Chatham Hills management, you won't win. Just take a look at this website and see how many awful reviews you've gotten. Get a clue. I'm willing to bet the good ones are put on there by Chatham Hills management. Never rent here, even if you have to go elsewhere and pay a bit more money, it is sooooooooo worth it. This was the worst experience for me, I'd rather have lived in a tent.
