This place is ridiculous! I gave my notice to move out and spent hours cleaning - it looked better than when I moved in, however, they continue to send a bill for $2800 - now they are sending to an address where I haven't lived in years. Get real people - I guess it's time to get an attorney! It wasn't too bad when I was there but beware when you leave! The office staff is VERY unprofessional and the company that owns them is just as bad.

My husband and I have been told to no longer bring forth our concerns via email. They would be more than happy to discuss in the office though. (Of course they would - no proof). My most recent complaint was of a young soul passed out cold at the bottom of our stairs. Did he have too much to drink? Well that's a matter of opinion but the courtesy staff that the apartment complex indicated would be so happy to offer their assistance, never appeared. By the way----beer was their for anyone's taking until past 915 a.m. that I know of. I am more than happy to share the writings that have taken place between this company and myself. Was anyone else thoroughly amused by the display of non-professionalism by Robin during her inebriated drunken dance Nov. 3 on the bail of hay with her swinging wand? Delightful.

I was so not there for Robin's drunkenness, but would have loved to see it. Since, of course, she is the reason for the scarring all over my husband's arms. She did NOTHING for the bed bug situation in our building (which still goes on for our upstairs tenants) for 8 WEEKS after being notified, and purposefully deceived us into thinking our apartment had been treated when it had not been. Two people have left the building because of this problem, one ended up taking the problem with them and is having to spend hundreds of dollars to remedy the situation in their new place. What a lovely place to live.

The management company is out of Kansas City and seriously need to do an unannounced visit to their property! Maybe then something will be done.
