hi. i have been reading all of these negitive comments about chatham hills, and i have to say that there is a lot of truth bending. i am not going to call anyone a lier, but i live in candletree, and have for over a year. i have never seen any collage kids that were drunk, i like all of my neighbors and the parking is pretty good. i have had some maintanance issues that took a little too long to fix, then again it was over thanksgiving. i called in about the hot tub a few times but it works great now an has for a few months. it did take a few calls though. i am not looking at the complex thru rose colored glasses. they do have their problems, but they do have really good staff.i really like val she is really nice to my family. i cant vouch for everyone but i can say i like chatham. not that i would live here forever. i do want a house but for the time being its great. oh and i like trees everywhere. i think the grounds are pretty good.

You have either not lived long enough there or are one of the chatham hills staff. Or else you have no choice. I am sure if given a choice you would dump that place in a blink. Stop putting those blinders on. The only lairs in this place are the chatham hill employees specially Val.

I think Chatham Hills is a great place to live, for an apartment. deffinatly better then all those other crappy gang apartments on seven pines. chatham hills is a place for people who have money but dont want to buy a home, like me, i move to often to buy a home, but this is the best apartment i have ever lived in. people dont like the fact that this is a home environment and if you are a crappy person you cant make it here for long, because you are not wanted.

There needs to be a spell check on here because no one can spell. It's N-E-G-A-T-I-V-E, NOT "NEGITIVE". C-O-L-L-E-G-E, NOT "COLLAGE". L-I-A-R, NOT "LIER" OR "LAIR". And it's D-E-F-I-N-I-T-E-L-Y, NOT "DEFFINATLY". There are too many on here to list them all. Learn how to spell people.

what do you mean no parties ,give me a break ,are you blind?can you hear? loud music all the time ,what about the party back in 2007 when the drunk tore up one of the hall ways ,i remember having to walk down the steps climbing over kids that are passed out ,we had to call the cops on several occassions ,but no theres no parties ,give me a break this place sucks and everyone but the office people there know it ,lies lies and more lies thats all the offices girls are good for (esp val and steph)we moved out back at the end of 2007 and they still lying ,they are a joke ,when we moved in we were promised a nice quiet ,secure place to live ,there is nothing quiet or secure about this place ,lights out every where ,of course the parties hell we lived next to one of the office girls and you could hear her fart ,they ended up sending me to a coolection agency because i refused to pay the amount they charge to break the lease (broke for very good reasons)it started out to be $1700 now its up to $3600 they charged me $70 to clean the stove everything else mind you was spotless ,guess they had to find something ,anyone that writes a positive feedback on this place is either crazy or works there or both

Amazing someone who can't spell, use capitol letters correctly, or punctuate properly likes CH. OK if you didn't make it through sixth grade and your social worker or whomever pays your rent for you, it is a good place for you to live.
