I love it hear, but the prices are a bit crazy. I feel safe at home alone. I have met some great people that live here. Everyone in the office is amazing. If there is ever a problem they fix it immediately, even if it is 3 a.m. they are there! Like I said the prices are a bit steep though. Nothing is included on the rent. You have to pay for trash, water, gas! So whatever rent is you have to add on another sixty dollars, but they will take you even if you have bad credit, as I do, only then you have to pay an extra thirty-five dollars a month also. so in the end I personally pay about two hundred dollars more then i would have to if i lived an any other apartment nearby. In the end it is worth it because i have never lived in an apartment with such great staff to always make sure everything is okay from things as little as bee's in the summer to if my heater goes out in the winter they will take care of it. Other apartments seem to not care half the time and take care of it whenever they feel like it.

Look! It's another absolutely bull@$*% post written by the lowlife, scumbag staff at Chatham Hills. Anyone who's ever lived in this @#$*-hole will tell you the staff are fat, lazy, lying trash. NEVER LIVE HERE!!! They write BS reviews here all the time to try and up their rating since 99.99 percent of the people who've ever lived here consider moving into Chatham Hills the worst decision of their lives.

Stop trying to use reverse physcology. Of course you will try to throw some negative things in there so your rating would not seem "too perfect". Anyone with some type of common sense is on to you people. I've heard bad reviews from people on the street and just decided to read up on some reviews. Everyone who is making negative comments are not people who could not pay rent, are you ------- serious? I've never resided here nor do i plan to. I also checked out the style of typing from the so called "good" reviews and it seemed similar. Ninny615, and the rest of the staff, you all need to get a hobby. Shame on you grown ass women coming on here making up screen names to up your rating. Damn shame.

yet again, i dont work in the office, i just live here. anyway name one apartment complex that doesnt have complaints by a lot of people. most people dont go looking to write anything unless they have had a problem. if you could name one apartment that has all perfect reviews i would like to know where it is!! you people are ridiculous. if you want perfect then buy your own f-ing house and take care of all your own problems. and if you cant afford a house then go be trailer trash. its not like springfield isnt full of trash anyway.

your about an idiot ,is this val.? let me tell you something ,this place is straight up slum ,this place sucks and you know it ,they portrayed this place as a nice quite, secure place ,how is it so secure when someone gets up in the morning for work and finds both front wheels are stolen off your vehicle and its sitting on a block ,what if someone walked up on them while they were doing this ,what would have happened to them ,ya never know all this because lights were out in the parking lot and have been out for months ,it was also like living on a college campus ,loud parties ,drunk kids running everywhere ,even passed out on stairs ,what about the one drunk at a party that pulled a knife on someone in a hallway and ended up destroying the walls ,what if a little kid walked out there,someones son or daughter and ended up killed or watching someone get killed or hurt because of some drunk ,dont tell me this is a nice place ,because it is by far nice ,the staff are a bunch of lying pricks ,and i know this first hand ,because i saved emails after emails to prove it ,ive taken photos of all the lights out in this place ,i lived there over 6 months and the same lights remained out the entire period ,they advertise free fitness ,ya still have to pay for a card to get in the place and nothing works ,they advertise a whirlpool ,and it dont work ,and good ole val ,what a sweety she was when we first moved in ,but then after we moved in her true colors came out, she is a lying you know what ,i am so tired of these postive reviews ,people make it sound so great ,i still believe its the staff writing them ,you cant tell me no different
