living here was worse then getting my prostate checked ,lies after lies ,thats all the office staff knows how to do ,they do promise things though but never come through them ,maint. does a good job racing around on there 4 wheelers ,if your a drunk it would be a great place to live ,hell you dont even have to go to your apartment to passout ,just passout on the stairs ,wow what a place ,walls are paper thin ,you get to listen to the washer and dryers in the hall way and people slamming doors all hours of the night,rain water running down the walls by the windows ,they offer a free fitness center ,but fail to tell you you have to pay for a card to get in ,granted its not that much ,but they do say free ,hopefully they finnally got the whirlpool fixed after not working for several months ,at least the 6 months we lived there it didnt work ,they charge for everything ,when you move out make sure you go buy new heat plates for the stove ,i think you can get 4 of them for around 14 bucks ,they charge 50 and another 30 to clean the oven if you left a few specks of grime in there ,and please dont ever become disabled when you live there ,they wont offer you an apartment on the lower level ,and wont let you out of your lease unless you pay ,they wont even make a handicap parking place closer to your building unless you pay for it ,give me a break ,this place sucks period the worst 6 months of my life ,oh and be carefull of your vehicles if all the parking places are taken close to you you have to park under the lights the never worked a day since we had lived there ,when you get up in the morning you might not have any wheels left on your vehicle ,i got lucky the only took the front 2

Pretty Harsh. Everyone's business is to make money. I really like it here and I like the staff. I don't have any problems with parking either. Sounds like you're venting. Do you ever say anything nice?

It's so funny how the scumbags that work for CH come here, under false pretenses, and lie about how this place "isn't so bad". What a joke! CH is a cesspool managed by human garbage. I'm a pretty understanding and forgiving person, but after living in CL, I pray to God that there's a Hell so the fat, lying ---- in the management office who conned me out of 2 thousand dollars by lying to my face will burn in Hell, as she deserves.

well charging to clean an apartment after you move out is not uncommon. what apartment complex is going to let you live there and then they will just clean the whole mess for you! that doesnt happen, obviously your an idiot. now when it comes to the parking yea it can suck at times but guess what there are two doors into each building. stop being a big baby about it. i have lived here for 2 years going and just signed my lease for another year. the staff is great. the maint. is great. my neighbors are great. this place is more expensive and yes they do charge for some of the little things but they do that to keep all the broke losers from living here. name a nicer apartment complex right here at the price we are paying with as big of apartments as we have and then maybe just maybe what you say may be worth listening to. trust me there isnt so if you have to ----- some more you should just go buy a house and then everytime there is a little issue you can talk care of it yourself.

Ninny is a good name for you! Alot of the apartemtns nearby are just as nice & cheaper! Cedar Point for one! Several on the other side of Westchester are great too! No said anything about leaving a mess when they moved out for CH to clean, EVERYONE knows CH will find any little thing they can to charge you for! And I bet they never actually clean it or repair whatever it is, why would they when they can turn around and charge the next renter for it too!
