Chatham Hills Apartments is both a poorly ran company and landlord. Do not live here. While I was made several promises about my apartment (condition and location) that enabled my decision to choose Chatham Hills, none were made except the bare minimal: I had an apartment with two bedrooms. If you do not mind unprofessionalism, lying, and failing to alleviate such lies by addressing them or even admitting to them, then surely you should live here. Otherwise, I would definitely be doing some more research. In addition, be warned about those reviews that are overly positive on here as I know from experience (I have lived in some pretty rough places as a poor undergraduate college student) they cannot be true and are surely fabricated. You have been warned, but with sincerity please take heed and if you do decide to live here, take pictures of everything when you move in, keep documentation of everything, and expect to pay more than you bargained for.
