Better Options for your money.
This apartment complex needs some work. There is an old charm about the apartment complex and some history that went on in some of these rooms which is interesting. And besides one noisy neighbor, the place is pretty quiet. But that is where theā¦Ā See More >nickphelan70

St Nicholas
I viewed the St. Nicholas Apartments for a family member. The staff is very friendly. The truth is I would recommend living in my car before I would live here. It reminds me of a South Side of Chicago housing project. ā¦Ā See More >straycat55

This building is for sale, and the owner/management seem uninterested in upkeep. A beautiful and unique older place, could be much better with some cosmetic changes.
- Fitness center is an eyesore to the lobby.
- Fitness equipment is outdated, broken, dirty.
- Dirty elevators.
- Unattractive lobby furnishings.
ā¦Ā See More >anonymous
