Lincoln Tower Apartments

520 S 2nd St, Springfield, IL 62701

03/09/12 by keet86: We've been living here for around 2 years and we really like it! It is in the Springfield downtown area and the views from our apartment are beautiful! The Amtrack can get noisy but it shouldn't be a problem if u rented an apartment that doesn't face the tracks. The management is very friendly and get things fixed almost as soon as you make a request. Overall, it is a great place more

Hickox Apartments

631 S 4th Street, Springfield, IL 62703

03/14/13 by mmroy: Its a set of charming, old brick apartments set located across from the YMCA, Dana Thomas House, and the International House of Worship. The apartments are run by owners Chris and John. They are very likeable and friendly guys. I've never had any trouble with them at all. They always returned my calls and do their best to provide a clean and safe environment for their tenants. more

St Nicholas Apartments

400 E Jefferson St, Springfield, IL 62701

07/08/13 by I've been here a couple months and really impressed how well managed this building is. As far as budget downtown living in Springfield for a young professional, this was, by far, the best choice. The property manager does a nice job with this historical building, but the interior isn't brand new. Highly recommended & an asset to downtown. more

Olde Town Apartments

748 N Bruns Ln, Springfield, IL 62702

12/29/12 by m9901: I lived at Olde Towne 5 years. Nice place for the price! Staff was great. I would definitely recommend it. Not sure if there was laundry on site, I always went to the laundry mat that is down the street. Good location; close to downtown, close to the grocery store, Walgreens across the street, convenient store across the street. more

Westbrook Apartments

03/30/13 by anonymous: It's been a almost a month since I stayed here, my apt needs still needs some renovation, I have some noise complaints but I guess that's a common thing when you stay at an apartment. I tried to get my apt fixed but the property manger acts like a real tool, I believe his name is Dan or something. He keeps telling me that my door is fine, well come look at it and tell me if more

Orchard Park Apartments

10/15/13 by Happy-at-OPA: I have been a resident at Orchard Park Apartments for a couple of years now and have no complaints. It is actually one of the nicer complexes I have lived in over the years. The office and maintenance staff have always been very nice to me and have taken care of any issues I had in my apartment right away. I've read a few previous negative reviews and have yet to experience any problems like more

LakePointe Apartments

1600 Toronto Road, Springfield, IL 62707

08/26/13 by HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE! DO NOT COME HERE! The apartment mart staff is extremely rude and will not help you with anything. When I moved in to my 2 bedroom apartment there was numerous things wrong with the apartment. The bills you have to pay are outrageously expensive. They tell you your CWLP bill will be $100 but its really $300. Not kidding the last 3 bills have been that price! It should not be more
