I cna't imagine anyone saying anything bad about AMLI St Charles. I lived there for 2 1/2 years. Anytime I had a problem with my apartment they were there within 24 hours to fix it. I had noisy neighbors that were soon evicted. The office staff was incredible and respondent. The grounds are gorgeous, they keep landscaping and building maintenance updated. Plenty of planned resident activities. Was nice for families, pets, and singles. When I lived there, they had a series of 3 break-ins in one apartment building. They followed up with active police partol, community town-halls with a police representative and were open about the action they were taking.
