Nice But Pricey For The Space

My husband and I lived in Charleston Park apartments for the years 2001-2002 and for the most part enjoyed them. Our neighbors were nice and any maintenance problem was taken care of pronto. However, we did have a break-in that we never reported where a man entered through our unlocked screen door while we were both home at midnight. No other problems besides this one though. We would have renewed our lease but mngmnt wanted to raise rent from $675. to over $700 and we did not feel it was worth the extra cost for such a small one bedroom apt.
