Overall, Covington Courts is a nice complex to live in. Aside from a few maintenance problems that were eventually fixed, I enjoyed the 8 months I lived there. I love the fact that each unit has it's own address, no apartment numbers! The grounds were nice, but parking in the evening was a huge problem, they only allow one space for each unit, although most units have more than one adult living there. I didn't live there during the summer months, so I don't know what the pool is like. The biggest downfall is it's location...there's a vacant shopping mall directly next door and the police patrol that area on a regular basis. I would recommend for a temporary stay, a year or so at most.
