Unfortunaely I agree with only on of these ratings. This is a horrible place to live. Hopefully you don't have a job that takes you out of town for long periods of time or you don't go on vacation cause once news papers start to pile up at your front door...management, maintenance, cleaning crew, etc. just let themselves in and make themselves right at home(they all have access with a master key). If you do plan on going to live there, take full inventory of your property, things will come up missing.
