There was a MURDER here last month.

Management sucks.

A friend told me that MidAmerican Management was offered quite a bit of money to be bought out.

The plan was to rebuild these horrendous apartments, but MidAmerican declined the offer.

I guess they like making money off of their section 8 apartment dwellers and illegal --------.

Don't move in here if you know what's good for you.
