Bad place in a nice area.

The area is nice - new condos, townhomes, housing developments, and shopping centers are constantly being built.
But this apartment complex is a ghetto.
The police in St.
Charles should only spend their time sitting outside the complex.
My car was broken into and stereo stolen, and the police told me that it was probably people from the apartment complex and that it happens often.
Many evictions, really noisy neighbors (especially at night), trash in the hallways, the locks on the front doors are constantly broken (they finally gave up and took them out), and it smells.
The price is the cheapest in the area and the apartments are reasonably big, but it is NOT WORTH IT.
If you aren't convinced yet, there have been two shootings in the last two years at Fox Run.
