Hallways look like a low rate motel.
Not enough lighting in parking lot occasional problem with finding parking spot.

Many recent auto burglaries.

Appliances don't work very well.

I can't bake anything.

Undesirable neighbors (quite a few evictions).

Beer bottles, garbage bags and cigarette butts in hallways.

Draft problem.

Management isn't very friendly.


One good thing is that the units are large.
