HORRIBLE place to live.

I moved here five months ago, without knowing that these apartments were the WORST apartments in St.

Charles.

(You can't really tell my looking at them.) So far I've had my apartment BROKEN INTO, my tires slashed twice (along with 25 other cars in the parking lot) and there was a shooting/hostage situation in one of the apartment buildings.

There are people getting evicted all over the place, marijuana smoke in the hallways everyday, and loud neighbors.

My carpets were not shampooed upon my arrival.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
