Very bad, can?t get appliances fixed or repaired until they FALL APART!!!!! Cigarette buts, beer cans, and garbage in the hallways. Parties in the stairways on the weekends and some weeknights, very LOUD neighbors that won?t quiet down until the cops show up. The apartment has a patio door for a window that lets a better draft in than a fan in the window all year round. When I moved in they painted the walls and painted over EVERYTHING. (Light switches, outlets, etc.) Parking is good if you like your tires slashed or your stuff stolen. MANAGEMENT IS UNWILLING TO PROVIDE THE TYPE OF SECURITY NEEDED TO INSURE THE RESIDENTS SAFETY. I was not informed of girls being attacked in the elevator until after I moved in. If I had known about the things that had happened here I wouldn?t have moved here
