I have already lived in these apartments for a couple months and I have had a HUGE problem with the maintnence. They don't give a damn about anything, and they take their sweet time.

People are rude and noisy, my car has been broken into, there has been some mold issues, and water issues as well.

It can be nice at times, and there are SOME nice people, and it has a cute set up, but the main problem is the people and managment.

It is a nice place for a first place to live, but make sure your car has an alarm!
