Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
These certainly aren't super nice apartments, in fact for the area they are pretty cheap. I would venture to say that a large portion of the crime in the city is in this area. There is a nice mix of types of people. Thankfully the walls are very soundproof, (most of the time). Staff tend to ignore problems. If I could afford more of an apartment, I would be outta here.
